Esoteric Kinesiology

Esoteric Kinesiology (EK) is the application of applied kinesiology (muscle testing) to assess personality types for the purpose of self-growth. EK also includes utilizing applied kinesiology for the evaluation of the human energy field and mind-body interactions.

“Man, know thy self” is a universal commandment stemming from the Oracle at Delphi in ancient Greece. It is the precursor to the more recognized “Physician, heal thy self.” Towards that purpose, we will investigate other systems that assist in pointing to who we are, both as individuals, and as part of the greater whole.

The personality typing systems we will look at are Human Design, Ray Analysis and Enneagram.
